I'm a Senior Product Designer with 20 years of experience. I started designing websites in 2003, later moved into product design, and today I focus on AI-powered products: assistants, conversational interfaces and tools that turn meeting recordings, data and long documents into next steps.

I design what happens around the model: how output is shown, how users correct it and how much they should trust it.
Simplifying complex products
I have worked on enterprise marketplaces, CRM workflows and student portals, cutting down the steps and choices people have to deal with.
Building systems
Design systems shared across products and brands, mapped to code (Tailwind, shadcn/ui) so engineering can ship faster. One system I built across four products cut new-feature development time by 35%.
